All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking notification via email. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Tracking Your Package

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Vintara Beauty is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. We also recommend reaching out to our support team at vintarastore@outlook.com so we can assist you through the process.
